we have had a couple of projects where the user keynote shows up in the view but not in the keynote list. not sure how this is happening? sorta defeats the purpose. anyone run into this?

This is really hard to do when you give so little information so I'm not sure that you understood my previous response. Look at my image.
Could this be a keynote assigned to the family type?
