I'm a "re-newbie", i.e. I have been away from Revit for a few years and am getting back into it now.  I inherited a project from a consultant.  In trying to complete the door schedule, I was unaware they set up the project to read door numbers only from a specific view.  I added some doors and door numbers in a different view.  Now when I created the door list it is reading the door numbers from the different views of the same floor so I am ending up with the doors split between "First Floor" and "First Floor Plan".(see attached)  I have already gone back and deleted the door numbers from the wrong view and recreated them in the correct view but they are still showing up split.  How do I get them into 1 list?  Also, I have some door numbers showing up in the door schedule that are not associated with any doors in the plan, my guess is they are from doors that were deleted.  How do I find and get rid of those door numbers on my plan views?  Thanks in advance.  Using Revit 2016

First Floor Plan and First Floor are not views, they are levels.

While placing a plan view, they named the view "First Floor Plan".   Revit then asked them if they wanted to rename the level and they said yes.   Someone else has then added another level called First Floor.

You need to clean this up now and get rid of one or the other levels if they are at the same elevation.  Edit the doors first to the level you will be keeping in the door properties.

WWHub, got it!  Thank you, I forgot about that.  That is what they did, made my life miserable on this project - each level has at least 3 names associated with it! Taking the time to clean it up now.
