Has anyone had a problem with getting a transparency for Filled or Masking Regions in Revit 2017?  I have downloaded all of the updated, tried turning off hardware exceleration and nothing.  For a maskign region I have to turn the transparency up to 100% to get it to work, for a filled region it will change colors like it is going transparent put still can't see through it.  It does however look right when I am in the plan but as soon as I switch to the sheet it isn't transparent anymore.  Any thoughts?

Attached 2 images, one is an image in the plan view and the other is the image on the sheet.  You can see the transparency is gone on the sheet! Even if I click in the viewport on the sheet it doesn't appear.  Any thoughts?

I am and I just did but I just figured out what the problem is.  We do a custom crop region on our site plans, our architects like to see random jogs and not just a square box.  Well for some reason in 2017 when you do that it removes the transparencys overrides, as soon as I reset the crop box everything goes back to normal.  A very weird bug!  I will let Autodesk know my findings.
