if i draw a 12" wall from left to right set to finish face exterior and type in 40 feet and stop- it shows 40'.. if i then bring the wall down from the top right corner and type 26' it then shows 25' 6".. why does it measure from the center of the first wall when i still have it set to finish face exterior? how can i control this?
