Is it possible to change the Detail titles to the way we like? Please see the Pic how I would like.
Thanks

You need to modify a view title family to your standard detail. I took a quick stab at one that is attached.
Once you have the view title family created, load it into a Revit project or better yet template file. Once loaded in, you need to create a new viewport title style for details that uses the new view title family.
Go to a viewport, click on the properties of it, Edit>Duplicate name the duplicate "details" then choose your view title family that you created and loaded into the project.
You can have all sorts of viewport title types as well. I have different ones for plans, sections, details, presentation, no titles etc.
