I have attached a view to help with my problem. I have a log wall at a gable end and made them with wall sweeps. That is fine but how can I cut them up the rake? Usually you can attatch the wall to the roof, but as you can see, the sweep does not. All advice is welcome.

Can't test this at the moment, but if you include the wall sweeps in the make up of the wall do they trim then? If not, I'd create those particular sweeps in place, or if there are a lot of them, create a wall hosted family with an adjustable angle void and width that can be inserted as needed. HTH.

I wonder if you were able to trim the sweeps, if so would you tell me how because I m facing a similar case except that I want to trim a wall with the sweep, see image. Any idea how to do this?

OK, i don't have here right now Revit but try this: in your first image, when you pick in the first layer (exterior), you have (in bottom) the button of "Modify", pick in that and in the TOP of that layer appears a Blue Padlock, pick in that padlock, OK, OK, OK, in the project, when you pick in one of that wall it turn red and you can see in the top of the wall two BLUE ARROW, one is the all wall, the other is ONLY for that exterior Layer, pick in that and adjust the position....
