What i am trying to achieve is to display both the imperial WxHxThickness as well as the Metric conversions in seperate fields. The standard project units are imperial and when i create the new parameters for the metic catatgories they are grayed out in the formating tab/field format to change units. I can always change those fields over to metric but then it's vice versa. how do i display both? the easiest way seemingly is to have a formula with the language of Width = Width in mm, but can't seem to make that work. any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you create a formula that actually does the math for converting mm in inches and then display it in column. This should work.........
