Hi,
I have created a new door family, however when i load it into my project the view cut plane does not alter, it appears as if it is cutting through the head and does not show the glazing, i have tried to alter the view cut plane but no matter what figures i use it still does not seem to change, i have also tried creating a new view range around the door and that does not work either, Can anybody help me on this please
Many Thanks
Will

you will need to go back to your family and edit the visibility of your components,
i.e how it looks when cut or when in plan.
click on a component and you should see a visibility button on top somewhere...
