Revit is the next generation of design and drawing tool. It is predicted that in 3 to 5 years, Revit will become the industry standard for large architectural firms and 75% of the small firms. Revit is schematic design, development, presentation and construction documents, combined in software.

Revit Architecture building design software works the way architects, designers and interior designer think, enabling you to design freely and deliver efficiently. You can design as you produce the construction documents and create renderings and walkthroughs, with one software. My compensation is $45 per hour for one on one* Consultation and implementation $75per hour*

Group Training, Lump Sum $4500 or $100 an hour.

Group Training is a total of 24 hours over 3 to 4 days.

Group Training can be geared towards your needs.

*(Rate can vary, based on location and travel distance)

I offer two levels of training:

Training and subjects can be adjusted to your needs, for interior design, building exterior, product design and structural presentation, coordination and documents.

Training

1. Introductions to BIM 2. Getting Acquainted with the Revit Interface and File Types 3. Views and elevations 4. Modeling assemblies (Walls, Floors, Roofs) 5.Famillies (Doors, Windows, etc.). 6. Modifying Elements (Copy, Rotate, Align, Split, Offset, Trim, etc.). 7. Modeling (Topography, Site, Staircases, Foundations, etc.). 8. Dimensions and Text. 9. Sections and Elevations. 10. Creating and Applying Materials and Finishes (Interior and Exterior). 11. Creating and Saving Revit Families. 12. Adding Revit Families to Your Model. 13. Adding components like lighting, furniture and fixtures etc. 13. Camera Views and 3D Perspectives. 14. Rendering (Color Perspectives). 15. Walkthroughs (Animated Videos of Your Project). 16. Importing and links (AutoCAD) 17. Sheets (Create Sheets with Text and Title Blocks). 18. Preparing Documents for Clients.

Training and consultation can be geared toward your needs.

Architect, Structural Engineers, lighting consultants and interior designers take heed, BIM is here.

Satisfaction guaranteed. I am a licensed Architect in the State of New York. I have been working in the Los Angeles area for the past nine years in different roles. I have been a College Instructor, Project Manager, Facilities Engineer, Architectural Engineer, Designer and Job Captain. I have worked on residential, hospitality, interiors, sports and commercial projects. I have 15 years of teaching CAD (AutoCAD and now Revit) at the college level, and over seven years of using Revit. Other courses I have taught include Materials and Methods of Construction, Building Structures and History of Architecture. I was a guest lecturer at University of Southern California (USC) in Revit. I have done Revit training at large architectural firms and small offices. I have done one-on-one training with students, contractors and interior designers. I have over 25 years experience in the profession of Architecture. My specialties are Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit Families, Design, Construction Methods, Construction Documents and Teaching. I have certifications in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture from Autodesk. BIM is the future of how architecture and construction documents will be done. You will not get employment, not keep your present employment or find new employment without BIM skills.  BIM skills greatly improve your marketability for employment and your outlook on the industry. Revit Architecture is an Autodesk product that will replace AutoCAD in the coming years. AutoCAD is computer drafting, Revit is building modeling information, that most knowledgeable clients and companies are now requesting.

GSA has been using BIM for years to design Buildings, Naval Ship, Planes and Submarines.

These are some of my sample Revit Architecture Projects:
