Hi,
I know this sounds like a newbie question(because I am one), but how do I change the glass in a curtain wall? I know how to change the material of a regular wall, but I tried clicking the "paint" button then selecting the curtain wall and I can't select it. I want to change the glass to the dark red tinted glass in "materials". There must be a way, can somebody help me out?

1. you have to use the tab key and tab until you get the system panel selected
2. click properties button in the option bar
3. click edit/new
4. under Materials and Finishes click on the field for Glass
5. click the down-arrow to the right of it
6. on the Left side select Glazing: Curtain Wall Glazing
7. On the Right side under Shading if there is a check in the Update when AccuRender selection occurs
and you set a color under the color option, it will change the color of the glass in your curtain wall
there may be another method but at the monment i am not aware of it. i am a newbie too.

I figured out how to change the color of the 'glass' for the whole project, but is there a way to change each section of curtain wall to its own color? We are looking for a 'MUSAC' type look, and need consective panels to be different colors. any suggestions?

Just make different materials and then apply those materials to the different panel types?

You need to create/duplicate the "Glazed" in several different panels with different colours/materials, then you can assign each panel in your curtain wall to the respective Glazed you want... make sense to you?

Alison, why didn't you read what Coreed said: "1. you have to use the tab key and tab until you get the system panel selected ..."
