Hi,

I wants to start a new project but I haven't got any 'Project Template' and I didnt download when I installed programme, where can I get basic revit project template?

The link above shows you how to install the templates from your installer.

If you installed the library, then you installed a template(s).   Your problem is that the template location is not set and probably none of your other library locations.   These are all set under the Revit R dropdown.  You can browse for the template location when you goto that setting.
