There probably is a very simple solution to my problem, but at the moments I am desperately trying to solve this issue. We mostly use 1/50 and 1/100 scales in AutoCAD, so we do not need to show any details on the walls such as insulation and plaster. Any extra detail in Revit slows us down. What I am trying to do is, I want to draw walls without any layer over it, and when I place structural elements they must be invisible. Plans are just ok in attached drawings but structural elements (such as columns) should not be visible on 3D and elevations as they are on the attached images. I would be happy if anyone can help me to solve it. Thanks...

Unfortunately VG settings does not work in a design posted below.... Columns must be visible, unless there are walls placed over them.

I could hide column visibility, but then it would not be seen on elevations if necesary. Please check the images...

Wish you would have stated that in your initial post because you wrote "structural elements (such as columns) should not be visible on 3D and elevations as they are on the attached images".  Now you say " Columns must be visible."  I'm at a loss as to what you really want.   Please explain better.  What views do you not want ...what?  And is it the column or the hatch?

Looking at your image, some walls seem to go through the columns and others don't.

hi Zone01,

I think what you want to do is have certain columns visible and some not. Basically, you need to have a means to FILTER the columns. You could add a note in the family instance, such as a tick box to state a wall runs through the column. Not sure how this would work in terms of where the columns need to be visibile in certain sections but not in others. I think you're looking at a view different view settings to each view type.
