G'day,
in the past i have downloaded i have succesfully downloaded families
and always found them on the desktop as there does not appear to be a way of selecting
a target folder.
i just downloaded a family but can not find it on the desk top.
has anything been changed in the set up?
is there a way to direct downloads to a specific folder?

if you are talking about downloading for Revit City, you should get a pop-up allowing you to select a download location

thanks for your swift reply.
yes, i was talking about downloading,
i can not see anything popping up
i did a right hand click, but that does not seem to have the right items to choose from
i be gratefull if you would let me know how to activate this

another link in this forum said that you should Right Mouse Click and you should see somthing simular to IE Save Target AS.. option..
select that option to do your download

FireFox is USELESS! It blocks attempted downloading.
Try using Netscape or Explorer to download files successfully.
