You don't convert to PDF, a PDF is an image file.  You print to PDF using a print driver assigned in the Revit print process.

I can print the drawings with my computer. No problem. However, I need to email the files to the customer

and he can only print from a pdf file.

hi Integrity,

As Hub said, you need print your drawings using a .pdf plotter.

This is the one we use in our office.
