Ok, so here's the problem. I have an elevation tag that works totally fine with all the typical ways of drawing things in Revit 2016. One team in my office had to rotate the viewport of his drawings because every single time he would rotate it with the pull down menu, it would then rotate the title and we couldn't figue out how to fix that. BUT! Whenever we put this elevation tag into that project, the text in the elevation tag are in the wrong orientation. They should read normal but this keeps changing to read it as if the right side of the page were the bottom. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help

You are using the wrong rotate.   You are using rotate view on sheet.   With that process the entire view, text title are all rotated.   Instead, open the view with the crop boundry on.   Pick the boundry and rotate it.  The model elements will rotate *this view only)but the text and callouts will remain normal to your screen.
