Can someone please tell me what parameter I need to use to add the room name to the door schedule. Please see attached photo. This is how I did it in CAD.

When you setup or modify your scedule look down at the lower left of the parameter options there. You will see a drop down where you can add room data - to room or from room.

Great! Now to solve why it isn't populating my room names.

Every door has a to and from side but it may not be the same as what you want. Add both the to and from fields and see if one or the other populates. An exterior door typically has no room on the exterior side. We used to have to pay attention to how you placed the door but now, you can no switch the to/from parameters.

I have tried both to room name and from room name and nothing populates. I'm not sure if maybe Revit LT doesn't allow it or if I'm still doing something wrong.

I know nothing about LT. You should alwys put the Revit that you are using in your post.
Do an experiment about how you place your door. Without using the flipper, just the side of the wall, place a new door in this area that swings in the opposite direction from what you want then place another that swings how you want. Look at those doors in your schedule. Placing this way then using the door flipper was how we had to do this in earlier versions.
