I am trying to set up the keynote settings to filter the keynote legend by sheet which is working. However, if a sheet is only using the keynotes associated with "001 - 2x4 PTDF Sill Plate , 005 - 2x6 PTDF Sill Plate and 008 - 2x4 Dbl Top Plate," the keynotes are displaying on the schedule in that order. Is there a way for the Revit to override the keynote number which is associated with the tag, and put them into a numerical order per sheet. Therefore, the key note legend for this specific sheet could read "001 - 2x4 PTDF Sill Plate , 002 - 2x6 PTDF Sill Plate and 003 - 2x4 DF Dbl Top Plate."
