So i know in past versions of revit, there has been add-ons that help creat wooden stud walls. I can't seem to find one for this version of Revit. (2016) Is there a Stud Wall Add-On? And if so could anyone share a link with me to download it? I appreciate your time.

Not that I know of and what has been produced in the past has only been about 75% complete so to my knowledge no wood framed wall extension has even been available that actually worked.

There is actually a Timber Framing Extension for Revit, from Autodesk that will not only create stud framing where your walls are, but will also perform limited roof system framing as well. This extension has been available to subscription customers for several releases now, that I am aware of.

Expensive though. The Timber Frame Extension (free to Autodesk Subscribers) that was mentioned above is functional to a point. Really depends on your own particular needs.
