I am a new user to Revit, my office is transferring from ADT to Revit and we have been using Revit for about 2 weeks.
My question is how do I turn off walls and other elements that have been demolished using the demolish tool. When rendering the building the demolished walls keep on showing up.
Thanks in advance.

You need to make sure when you're creating the existing conditiions that the phase under properties (at the very bottom of the properties dialog box) is set to existing. Then when you demo a wall and create your renderings you can set the properties of the phase to new construction and all your demo wall will go away. If you really think about what the application is doing....this is how it would happen in real life and this is exactly how the application acting.
