Hi Reviteers,

This topic has been asked many times before on these Forums, without any good answers, it seems. So I'll re-open the topic:

Has anyone found a way to set the File-path label on a Title-block family to refer to the Central file location, and not the Local-file location?

To be honest, it pretty pointless to refer to a local file in this instance; since another person surely would want to see the Central File location in order to open a model & work on it...

Any ideas?

Thanks, WWHub,

As stated, no real answer to my question in any of the related forum posts, including the one you linked.

Shall I thus assume that it cannot be done at all, besides closing my model and re-opening from the Central file each time I need to print?

Not cool...

The real answer was in that post.  If you don't like that process, please put it on the Augi Wishlist.  Complaining here will not be heard by Autodesk.
