Delete the unit A group and then use place group to insert unit B. Swapping the group may not be locating properly and ending up in some strange location... Just a thought.

I have been testing using groups in Revit. A lot of the matrix operations used to flip, rotate, etc seem to be fairly dodgy. Version 7 is supposed to address a lot of these issues. We do a lot of multistorey work and I would quite frankly steer clear of using groups. I would certainly not put any walls into a group. It just does not work with any real certainty at present.

Thats interesting i find walls one of the few things were groups are certain. Remember its always a good idea to edit the wall joins of walls within a group that are to join with walls not within the group and set them to "disallow join"...

You might want to check the origin of both groups?
