Hi, i am having trouble figuring out how to make surface hatches show up at angles in camera views.  I know it has to be a distance/angle thing but i've seen other peoples renderings where this does not occour.

i've attached a view where the rock base only displays for certain surfaces.

Could be the hatch contains so many short segments that beyond a certain distance Revit won't show them and substitutes solid grey. 

A test would be to run the same view with a different. very simple hatch and if that hatches all surfaces properly you could either scale up the stone hatch (if Revit allows) until it displays properly. If that turns out to be too large you could substitute with another simpler, larger stone hatch.
