I want to configure a Small Revit Network to access and share a central file.

In a three Workstations environment, I plan to make a partition in my HD (E: drive in Workstation #1), share it and remapping as a Z:\... So, I so, the others two computers access to the same drive as a Z: path.

In Workstation #1, it will be the E:\ drive and the Z:\ drive wich it´s the same thing with two names. I will create a central file in Z:\ and and save a local file in C:\Local File\

Wprkstations #2 and #3 open the Z:\ central file an save it´s own C:\Local File .

It is the correct procedure ?

There´s no problem having a shared repository of central files and libraries on a separate partition in the Workstation #1 ?

Thank you all,

Thats sounds good. Your workstation 1 partition acts like a server and each day each workstation opens that central file and creates a new local file over-writting the previous days file.
