I have read the forum on the issue of underlay's not showing in plans and I have attached screen short of the two floorplan in question with their properties showing. I have checked view templates, view range, VG filters, wall depths, extra floor or ceilings not showing. It is only in this main floor plan that I cannot get the second floor to show above. every other floor plan above works with an underlay.

e.g third show flourth as underlay etc.

Waht is all that grey linework? Is that a linked cad or revit file? If so it is likely that it is not linked exactly at the floor level and thusly it is hiding your underlay which appears at the floor level. Try hiding the linked file and see if you can see the second floor underlay

Hello Marm and thank you for the response. The grey is a linked file but we unloaded it to see if that was the reason and it wasn't. Simply we cannot see teh second floor underlay on the first floor.

3rd floor using the 4th floor as an underlay to check works no worries the same for the rest of the tower moving skyward. for some reason we cannot see the second floor as an underlay on the 1st unless we zoom in and out. Once the zoom has stopped the underlay dissapears from view.
