hey,
i know how to aply a view template on a view, but how do i check which View Template applied now on a view?

Applied - no way really to tell. That is why we prefer to assign templates. Then you can be sure nothing has changed. Assigned templates show up in view property.
You can create new templates from current view if that helps you.
