Hi Everyone,How can I optimize our Revit-model in the smartest way possible. We have Revit-model which contains 30.000 m2 offices and laboratories. It contains alot of funitures, specialty equipments an so on.The model is begining to be really slow.Is it a good idea to make a seperate model and link the furnitures an equpment in. or is there another way around making the model faster? What do you guys suggest?

you could try putting the furniture onto a workset and then turning it off in all the views you do not need to see it. also you should remove any types within the furniture families that are not being used in the project

When you do place 'heavy' items in isolated worksets, users can use reduced loads when starting or even during use.  Simply unload the workset.  Collaborate tab/worksets/opened set to no.   You can reload anytime its needed.

It has increased the speed creating worksets - and changing from Revit 15 to 16
