Hi everyone! I'm new in this forum, so sorry if I make some mistakes.

I'm working on a research to find a tool to create parametric object to describe various decays of a building.

Is there a way to create a family decay like crust or fracture, in Revit?

I think it's necessary to find the proper family to be used and the choose is going to the surface based adaptive family. Is that right?

Thanks

Because decay and delamination happens in many custom shapes and forms I'd just use filled regions with or without the Split Face tool.
