Hello there everyone,So I've created a hexagonal family (Pattern based curtain family) and want to apply it on a divided surface of a mass in my project. But on application, it gives me very err... 'weird' results. There are hughe gaps in b/w the elements of the custom family and it is torn apart completely. Changing the U and V grid distances doesn't help either.Urgent help is highly appreciated .Thank you

I havent done much with pattern based curtain panels but it would seem as though you do not have the lines of the actual panel locked to the refeence lines within the family and that is why they are all the same size and shape. Also not sure how well revit can handle a hexagon pattern curving over a dome as I have not done this before

I have the same problem when creating pattern based curtain family. Does anybody have the answer for this?
Thank you.

make sure that the surface divided in the conceptual mass is the same dimensions as the family , and also sometimes the curtain wall pattern based doesn't work perfectly with curved surfaces

Thanks Elnazer2, my problem is that the conceptual mass that i need to apply into is not exactly a perfect square or rectangle, but curve with radial pattern.
even if i applied the adaptive family manually in the conceptual mass it still gives odd gaps between the pattern.
