This might seem like a wired question

but i always wondered why i if iam hovering with the mouse above a viewport - revit writes on tool tip text ("ballon") "Viewports: viewports: section 1"

even when it's not a viewport!

Very simple - That is the type name of your viewport.  Change that to reflect what the view title is.
