No, I don;t have plan regions. This window behaves like this in other projects as well.

I checked the family,  found nothing unusual.

What do  you think it could be?

If you can attach the family, I will take a look for you.

Also, check your view range is correct.

The view range is below the sill,  all the sother things are represented normally.

I think, it is something tn the amily. I will be obliged if you look at it.

Thanks for the images. I still don't understand what's wrong.

Please see my view range.

Well -I deleted a couple of other posts by mistake including your family and my post..

Is that a stacked wall?

No, it is a simple wall. I tried this window in different projects, different wals. THe same story.

I could make another window, but i simply could repeat the mistake encrusted in that family.

Should i post the family again?

Something is corrupted in that file.   It doesn't work in 2015 either.  Eiter start a brand new family and copy paste into it.... or why not use a CW for this?  There is nothing special here.

Thank you very much. You saved a lot of my time. I could endlessly look for a problem, but your diagnosis explains everything. I'll just make a new family.

Much obliged.

Best regards
