Hi, Can an autocad PGP file be imported into Revit to match keyboard commands?

Nope. Its kinda different in the way you use it compared to AutoCAD, so its hard to look at it the same way.
You don't use L for lines or O for offset or F for fillet a thousand of times a day. You end up using a far greater range of tools as Revit is a far more complex software.
You can create hotkeys though using the R button - Options - User Interface - Customise Keyboard Shortcuts route but the hotkeys need two buttons pressed and you don't need to press return after hitting the keys.
I use to use hotkeys heaps in DumbCAD but I hardly use them now in Revit.
