I have this curved surface , and it doesn't allow any panel to be placed except a system panel. Is there a way around it ?

The problem is probably your panel because Revit will place any properly defined panels.

Actually No, It doesn't even allow native panels "single glass, double glass doors" to be attached , only the system panels are allowed.

I would agree with the meister "Hub. There's something shady in the panel family that is getting thrown off by that geometry. It looks as though your form is almost dome shaped. Are you using a curtain system generated from a mass instead of a simple curtain wall? If so I know some other tricks that could help you out. Either way, if you have a family or model to upload that would assist in diagnozing your issue there.
