I'm using Revit 2015. I have a project where the roof joists bear on 8" masnory walls and are spaced 2'-0" on center. There are no beams or beam systems that make up the roof framing. Now that I already have the roof deck and joists modeled with no slope the architect wants to slope the roof. The joists are not sitting on beams that could be sloped and the joists follow the slope of the beams. You can't slope the top of the masonry wall to match the roof slope and the joists follow the top of the wall slope. What can I do with the joists already modeled and they need to be sloped with the roof deck? I would probably remodel the joists if the building wasn't so big.

Are the joists a structural family because they will have a start and end elevation parameter that you can adjust to get the correct slope? A screenshot of what you are trying to do would be helpful
