Hi, I've created a family with different types of signs which are ceiling based (generic model ceiling hosted).I want to create a instance parameter (to be shown in schedules inside my project) that shows the distance from the level (like the sill of a window), but I have no idea how to do that! Can somebody help me? I mean, if is possible with a window, why is not possible to assign the level to a parameter in a generic model ceiling based?See image above with 2 different types of sign:

Place a Dimension from the underside/bottom of the sign to Level 1 and Parameterize that dimension as an instance-reporting type.

Yeah, I've already done that, but unfortunately the height showing in parameter [3,00m] (when loaded in the project) is not matching to the distance of the bottom of the sign [1,67m]. In any sign height I use inside my project, there's always a difference of 1,33meters... I don't know why... Look:

Post a screenshot of your family's type parameters please. Better: post a screenshot of your family parameters as defined in the family itself.
Edit: Verify the ORIGIN Plane in the Family.
