hi.I am newcomer to revit,I have some problem with creating schedule in revit 2016.when i select a item in model some properties are greyed-out & uneditable.when i try to create schedule greyed-out parameters not shown in feild...i attached some screenshots .please if you have any advises rply me.....

You need to learn more about parameter types.   The greyed out ones in the properties are type - not instance parameters.  And only shared parameters can be scheduled.  Read your help.
