Hello All:

Is there a way to organize a, say wall schedule,  so that it is sorted by wall type, but organized by the walls that have the most occurences.  In other words, if it is organized by Walls types A, B, C ... but the total quantities are what determines the order of the sort.

Thanks

You can sort by type but I see no way to sort by totals.

Sort by Length [then by Family/Type], Descending, do not itemize. Under Formatting tab select Calculate Totals. Is this what you want to do?

…or, for the matter, sort by your own count parameter descending.
