Trying to extend dormer roof to main roof - but having trouble with errors.
If Revit can show it in a preview, why can't it make what I'm asking for?
I must be doing something wrong - but what?

Cut a hole in the main roof for the wall - see attached.
If the roof structure goes through and the dormer is just overbuild, then model it that way with a wall setting on the roof.
