I am considering buying a mac but i need to know if revit will ork efficiently on it,can someone please help me out on this. vampyre

Revit requires Windows. ArchiCAD will run on Mac, but I would not pursue that path. Cheers

you can buy one the new intel-chip based Macs when they come out best regards, coreed,aia

The apple computers come with Nvidea graphics cards for the highest end desktop, but for the macbook or macbook pro, the graphics are run by ATI components.    I am hesitant to look at anything but Nvidea because of the Open GL issue (Nvidea handles it; others say they do, but actually do not).     Otherwise, the Apple option would be very tempting...

It would be nice to have some benchmark or performance tests of Revit on the new Apples.
