Hello! I'm using Revit LT 2014.
Please look at the attached image titled "extra roof lines." I have a section cut that is parallel to the ridge of a gable roof. The cut is north of the hip, looking south. In the section, you can see lines indicating the edges of the wall and the bottom edge of the roof. These lines are circled in yellow.
These lines should be obscured by the roof itself- we shouldn't see them. Any ideas about why they're visible? I've also included a screenshot of my VG settings for roof lines that shows everything other than the roof itself is turned off.

What hip?..This looks like its just a gable roof. From what I see you are seeing what you should be.
