My trainer showed me how to levels but its slipped away. I have one level drawn and whish to make another 3m up. How?

Create and elevation or a section in which you can see the level you have. Copy it up 3000mm and rename it.
or
In that same section or elevation go to architecture tab on the ribbon at the top ofd revit, go to datum section and pick level tool and draw you level where you need it.
