I'm trying to create building signage by inserting a jpg image onto an elevation.  It insert fine but gets hidden behind the walls.

I've tried to bring it forward but nothing happens.  I don;t want to create a decal since that won;t show up in a non rendered view.

Any idea why the image gets hedden and what I can do about it?

I figured it out...I didn't realize that the image was set to background.  When I switched it to foreground the issue was solved.
