I think I've searched the entire forum but I can't seem to find the answer to my query.

I have these certain sheets which contain legends and schedules only, no views of plans, elevations, sections, etc...  Only Legends and Schedules.  My problem is I couldn't make them show up in my Table of Contents which is done by making a new View List, not Sheet List.  I chose View List to create my Table of Contents from because it simply shows every views that are inserted in each of my sheets.  The columns I needed for my table of Contents are Sheet #, Title on Sheets & Scale.  I'm not able to do this in Sheet List.

I've attached sample images of my Table of Contents.  If you notice, on the 2nd image, sheet type A-400's (large-scales) are followed by sheet type A-700's (finishes).  I don't really have sheet type A-500's (details), but I have sheet type A-600's (schedules) and they don't show up between A-400's and A-700's or anywhere else in the table.

Please help me on how I will be able to make these schedules on sheets show up in my Table of Contents (View List).

Thank you.

Wow - what a pain!  In most of our projects, this would be overwhelming and useless.

Legends are multisheet capable so any automation is not possible.  You could put an empty view on the sheet.

I have never seen anyone attempt this and I have never seen it in the industry here.
