I want to change this "gross are" plan, to "rentable area" plan. see photo. But I can't do it. I don't know why the pull down menu doesnt have it as a choice. Im a little lost on the area plans so any help would be great.

Just ask Revit to make a new Area Plan and set the type.

Ahh, got it, didnt see the pull down choice in the create menu. thanks.
