Hi.
Im desperately looking for a special kind of stair. In Denmark it is very popular! The left or right side functions as a regular stair, whil the middle of the stair is "a study enviorment". And parametric would be nice as well. Please look at the attached uploaded file, and please help.

Just do two stairs side by side.

Looks neat. Yes two seperate stairs and one with big jumbo rises and treads where you'll want to change the stair run type so the rise run rules allow for it.
Or just make the study stair an in-place extruded family and be done with it. Would take about 60 seconds to do.
