I'm working on a kitchen that is demolishing a wall and pushing it back 5 feet which will be an addition. My question is, on my sheet(s), do I need to show existing, demolish and completed plan? Should I put them all on one sheet? Or should I do a floor plan sheet with all 3 existing, demolish and completed and another sheet with all 3 showing sections?

Or should I just show existing and addition/completed that indicated where the demolished wall is?

It's personal preference really but the easiest solution is to draw a large scale plan so you have plenty of room for notes. And show the design as it will look in its final , completed state. Then on top of this show dashed lines to indicate what walls are being demolished along with detail notes to explain what is being kept, what is being retained and what is new. Cutting a section and doing the same will be needed too.

is the wall to be demolished load bearing?.

if so what will support the ceiling and roof frame over once the wall is removed?.

need a lintel sized up to span across the opening.

No it's not load bearing.
