Can't get a clean joint where a exterior wall changes direction by 90 degrees (tried joining,...etc.). Intersection clean at other corners.  Properties are the same for all the walls.  Attached is a .pdf showing what's going on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The layer materials must be the same.  Not just same appearance.  And their layer setting must be the same.  I assume this is structure 1?

Did look closely at the Structure (i.e., wall layers) under the Type Properties for the walls and everything matches (i.e., is exactly the same), including the function #'s (i.e., Structure #1,...)

Try adjusting the "Cut Line Styles" under the Visibility/Graphic Overrides of the view.

You can select 3 options next to "Core layer clean-up". This may resolve your issue.
