i have a window family i downloded from here. single_hung-2_1417. the windows are nice however i am having trouble with th flip. I click the flip arrow and the window stays on the inside rather than the pane on the outside of the wall. What is the problem? I am fairly new to revit.

Have not tested the files, but sounds like a constraint has not been correctly set up. Try a different window type and see if that works, if it does then it is the original family at fault
