I'm not sure I'm in the right place, so if there is already a topic started elsewhere, can a moderator move this? I've been tasked with helping my boss with a side project for the community we both live in. The project is to build small "trailer" type homes (approx. 600 sqft) for families that have fallen on hard times. They want it in Revit, and it will consist of 4 elevations and 1 floor plan. I did a few of these while in school but it was basically for the learning experience. I have no idea of what to charge for this. He tossed out $1000, but I don't know if thats high or low. Also, i don't use Revit very much anymore so it will take me some time.

Are you designing it? It's really an open ended question and is really depends. For 4 elevations and a 600 s.f. floor plan $1,000 seems like a lot if that's all you are doing. If you are doing submittals, renderings, etc. then the price would go up.
