My elevation mark somehow rotated. The arrow is fine, just the sheet number and detail number got rotated 90 degrees, also the sheet number is above the detail number. How to fix this?

Not enough information for us to help. Did you change the family? Is someone else working in the file that could have done something?

No. I don't think I change the family. There is another person working in the model, but I don't think she did something on this. If you look at the sketch I posted with this post. The two elevation marks are the same family, so I can't make one to match another, but they look different!

And my elevation view on the sheet got rotated, too! Anybody can help? Thank you!

Go to the sheet > select the view > under the menu there's a green bar > Rotation on Sheet: this is probaply set to Counter Clockwise. This would also explain why the text in your elevation mark is rotated.
