trying to make a round parkinglot but whatever I do - everytime is gets overconstrained.

the round parking lot works fine but when I want to make a row of it ..... I do something wrong but what?

 I had almost the same question in 2011 - One answer was using stall lines. What are stall lines?

all the parameters are in Dutch Sorry :D )

rond = round

enkel = sole

rij = row

parkeerplaats breedte = inner width of parkinglot

binnenstraal = inner radius

those are the most important.

Kind regards Ron Wubbena

Why are you doing this as a family with parameters?  Just create your parking lot surface (using a floor or topo surface) and use the parking stall family.

First - mostly because of counting - we make a lot of parking garages - we want the numbers easily. and in sketch fase we draw them differently to when we make the work drawings - we can switch that now

and second - to proof that it can be done. There is a mountain and I want to climb it. And the mountain is called "rotated parametric families". Just call me stubborn

Parking stalls can be scheduled and therefore ...counted!

 Forget the first.  - Just the second.
